We did the exact same thing.&lt;BR/&gt;We also tried other file that install normally on any OS9 the results are always the same.&lt;BR/&gt;As soon as we apply any change to the firmware and flash it, we end up with a working phone but it will give a corrupted message with any files we tried to install, your way (self signed) or normal way (through symbiansigned.com).&lt;BR/&gt;Just flashing firmware normally without changes will let the phones works normally and accept the usual files.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Right now the purpose of this for us is to get access to SYS and ressources file, as we would like a copy of all API included by default in the phone.&lt;BR/&gt;If anyone have done this yet, please let us know.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If someone have it working and need a software
